Designing and delivering distance education: Quality criteria and case studies from South Africa

Context

Saide managed a process of developing quality criteria for distance education together with the Nadeosa Quality Criteria Task Team over a number of years, culminating in the final product in 2005.  These criteria are still extensively referred to by the distance education community in the country and have also been used in other countries in the world.
